A little about me
I trained as a Homeopath and Nutritional Therapist at Regents College London
I have been on a journey the last few years to reconnect and find my flow. Life gave me an opportunity to grow when I found Homeopathy, I cultivated more awareness and compassion for others and myself during my own healing and learning journey.
Nutritional therapy taught me how diet impacts upon our mental and physical wellbeing, empowering me to make healthier decisions whilst also taking care of those close to me.
Being empathic, I offer deep listening in a non-judgemental, heart-centred space that facilitates open dialogue. A supportive space of safety and trust; I will be there for you during your own healing process.
I’d love to work with you on your journey in cultivating compassion. Using my own experience, I work with women to offer help with issues with embodying your sexuality, self-worth, body image, generational trauma, addiction and emotional dysregulation.
I live and work in Stroud with my cat, Miffy. I love nature’s medicine, finding serenity and the stillness abundant here in the Cotswolds. I enjoy movement meditation practices and have a keen interest in Psychology as I have a passion for understanding and connecting to people.

What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a combination of two Greek words – homeo, meaning similar and pathos, meaning suffering. Devised by the German Doctor, Samuel Hahnemann, who was trained as a traditional Doctor but became disillusioned by the harmful methods used to treat dis-eased patients at that time.
Homeopathy is a natural approach based on the theory of treating 'like with like'. Homeopathy stimulates healing responses to diseases by administering substances found in nature from plants, minerals and animals. The symptoms mimic those diseases in healthy people.
Hahnemann believed that the there is an intelligence within the body called the vital force that is responsible for controlling the body and adapting to changes accordingly, always looking to maintain balance. If we have a strong vital force, we are less susceptible to disease.
As a society, with the impact of the allopathic industry quick-fix solutions are sought. We no longer understand the importance of taking control over our own health. The treatments offered by the allopathic industry are often a band aid solution with no consideration to the long-term picture. We are encouraged not to trust our own bodies ability to heal.
